After the counselling all will receive a two months entrepreneurship training so as to infuse entrepreneurial spirit in them and unlock their entrepreneurship abilities.
They will also be exposed to social entrepreneurship especially the priests, clergy and church workers. After the training, those that are interested in vocational skills will be directed to take training in a vocational skill of their choice in the institute or in the institute skill training centre affiliates.
